We would strongly recommend the following considerations when looking at labels for recycled plastics to prevent cross contamination in the recycling chain;

* In-mould labelling must be the same plastic as the carton/tub
* HDPE containers should use PP, PE, OPP Label substrates
* PET containers should use PP and PE label substrates
* PP containers should use PP label substrates
* PVC Bottles or containers must not use PET labels
